What does ColdWatch monitor?
Temperature and humidity readings from supported sensors installed at your operation.
Does ColdWatch report continuously?
Readings depend on the sensor, onsite device, network, and service being able to communicate. Gaps or aging reports are identified so missing data is not presented as healthy operation.
Will ColdWatch always deliver an alert?
Alerts are provided for configured conditions, but delivery is not guaranteed. Maintain your established inspection and response procedures.
Does ColdWatch certify food-safety compliance?
No. ColdWatch provides operational visibility and records; it does not certify compliance or replace required procedures.
How do I get a customer account?
Create an organization and verify the owner email. After setup, the owner can invite additional team members.

The starter setup is $75 one time and includes one monitoring device, three wireless temperature sensors, and provisioning/setup. Monitoring is $10/month per device, with no additional monthly sensor charge.
