The onsite device receives sensor updates and sends available readings to the ColdWatch service over the network.

The service organizes recorded readings into a customer dashboard and history. Configured conditions can generate alerts for follow-up.

Reporting status stays visible
Wireless, power, network, or sensor issues can interrupt reporting. Missing or aging data is identified as a reporting concern—not treated as evidence that conditions are normal.
